Is SLPFlow HIPAA compliant?

Yes. SLPFlow is HIPAA compliant with BAAs in place. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every account is isolated, and patient data is never used to train AI models.

How do my notes get into my EHR?

SLPFlow works alongside any EHR or documentation system. Copy the whole note or any section with one click and paste it wherever your documentation lives. Nothing to integrate or configure.

Do I have to record my sessions?

No. If you’d rather not record, upload your written notes (.docx or .txt) on the web and SLPFlow will turn them into a polished note in the template you choose.

Which note formats does SLPFlow support?

SOAP, DAP, BIRP, IEP Progress, and Narrative are built in. On the Professional plan, you can also build custom templates with your own sections and AI instructions.

Can I use SLPFlow on my phone?
